In recent weeks, there has been tension between Robbie E and Eric Young, with Robbie E’s sights set on beating Young for his Television Championship. After Robbie E’s failed attempt to win the title, he joined Big Rob Terry and tried to injure Young, which prompted Young to bring in his Hollywood heavy hitter, Ronnie from MTV's Jersey Shore.
Ronnie’s arrival, as expected, was not well received by big Robbie and little Robbie and they attempted to eliminate them in Jersey fashion (watch Ronnie’s Debut), which prompted Young to make a match for this Thursday with Ronnie and Young facing Robbie E and Robbie T. After the broadcast went off the air, the IMPACTWRESTLING.com Post Show featured comments from Robbie E, Ronnie, and Eric Young. Robbie E said, “Ronnie, you're making the biggest mistake of your life, bro - you're not a trained wrestler,” and continued, “Next week, you're going to get hurt bro by the hands of me and big Robbie”.
Ronnie had a different view, saying, “I feel bad for Robbie to be honest with you, he was talking a lot of smack in the ring last week, so he’s got it coming.”
The smack talking continued on Twitter where Robbie E claims he and Robbie T will make a "Hamster" out of Ronnie and Eric Young, and will "punk them out". He also states his plans to continue his quest for the TV Title after this week
“That television title will be around my waist!!! I am the biggest television star on @IMPACTWRESTLING and it will be mine, my dudes!!!”
